I love to challenge children to be their best. I have been teaching at Claremont since 2009. I have taught grades 1-7 in a variety of schools including schools in Florida, Texas, and Virginia. I have also served as the Resource Teacher for the Gifted in several schools in those three states. I have a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Virginia and a M.S. in Counseling from Texas A&M University. I am also endorsed in gifted education and school counseling. I enjoy working with teachers to help their students stretch their thinking, and I provide extensions and enrichment across the curriculum.
